Class Experience 

    Being in EME2040 this semester has helped me a lot.  This class opened my eyes to the different types of sources available to help me in my future classroom.  Everyone in the class has always been very kind and helpful.  The only thing I didn't enjoy in this class was group assignments.  Group assignments aren't bad when everyone in your group does what they are supposed to do.  

Open Educational Resources 

    Open educational resources are any source you can use in your classroom without asking for permission.  Examples of these resources are textbooks and podcasts.  Another example would be lecture slides posted by other teachers that openly give you permission to use them in your own classroom.  A great website to find these resources is oercommons.org. 

Assignment 4

    Working on assignment 4 I learned lots of new tools on PowerPoint.  I learned how to record a lecture on PowerPoint with interaction on the slides.  This will be an important skill in my future classroom.  Overall I enjoyed working on this assignment.  I thought there were a lot of elements to the assignment but I thought they were all important.
